From conventional to Islamic banks: Factors affecting customer interests and decision making in selecting banks

The phenomenon of increasing customers take-over financing from conventional banks to Islamic is an interesting trend study. This research purpose investigate the influence murabahah margins, customer religiosity interest and decision making. method used a sequential mixed method. instrument quantitative questionnaire, qualitative interview. 199 pensioner participated in survey. Internal consistency measured by Cronbach’s alpha value. accuracy structural equation modeling (SEM) hypothesis testing was evaluated using AMOS version 23. findings indicate, there significant between on Meanwhile, margin has no making, as well Murabahah margins have significance when mediated variable interest.
